I was talking with one of the guys last night, I was a bit buzzed, I cant remember his name and I feel very bad about that, he had the smoker on the trailer, but he was so humble and just a genuine passionate person about his bbq...we talked for about an hour and when I did try the food I was blown away....good stuff guys, keep it up....ill be looking for that Dallas location to come one day!!!! Ill be making that drive all the way from Oak Cliff just so eat some more of it!..... Thanks.....
Thanks Big Ray for another awesome catering order!! This one was the best yet. The pulled pork was a hit and so was the brisket as always. We love ordering from Big Ray's! Excellent food and customer service...hard to find these days. Happy New Year.
