I had a new roof installed 5 years ago, due to hail damage. After several months the new roof develop leaks so I called the contractor out for repairs under warranty. After he left and we got rain, again it started leaking, so I called them back for repairs but they had closed their doors. Patrick and his guys came in and repaired everything that the previous company had done wrong. Done a great job, and didn't have to take out another mortgage. Thank you Big Perm and crew.

Tyler and the entire team were great to work with. We had water damage to our carpets and from the time the incident happened until the floors were installed was 4 months (thanks Insurance company!). They were very patient and helpful during that time to get my claim correct and when the job was scheduled they showed up on time, finished the work as estimated and for the price they quoted. We are already talking to them about doing some other work on our home. We know it will be done right and at the right price!
