i no longer have a membership here due to finances, but this was the only gym i've been to that didn't give me a panic attack. the absolute best gym around for women. if you're a woman who struggles to go to the gym for any reason, but especially if you deal with anxiety, this place is amazing. a lot of the times when i would go, there'd only be a couple other people there. even would have the entire gym to myself some days! i've never felt more relaxed in a gym setting. if i ever am able to purchase a membership again, i'll... read more

I have a great experience at their facility. I would like to give a huge shout out to Rebecca Chin. She was my trainer there. They have other great trainers there too. I love the atmosphere and the fact that it's a women's only gym.
