I called today to see when she could take Sissy for a bath and nail trim. It happened to work out she could take her today. Which was perfect for us. Sissy looked and smelled great! Thank you very much Charity!

Will not take Zoey and Toby anywhere else. Toby was so scared of groomers and now he loves going their. Really takes her time with my fur babies and Loves them

Our bulldog Rocco NEVER allows his nails to be trimmed... except for today at Big Pawz. Charity really connected with him and got it done. She really has a way with dogs and now Rocco knows who is boss. Thanks for gettin' it done.

We love Charity! Or family lives in the area and suggested we take our Great Pyrenees. We now live in Erie and plan our trips home around when Princess is in need of be groomed, we will never take her anywhere else!
