I find it sad that people can place a review on any website and it's posted without any verification of the facts. The review written by "Polly Smith" is fraught with inaccuracies, exaggerations and just flat out "untruths". Big Park DWID has over 2000 residents and we have happily serviced their customers for over 20 years. Wow, what horrible customer service this company has. My checking account was hacked and the thieves who hacked it were able to make plenty of charges in the first day. As a result, my bank recommended we cancel the account and start a new one. I had just written two checks to Big Park Domestic Wastewater Improvement District a day or two before my checking account got hacked.
