I took my car to big O this morning at 7:30 a.m., and I called them at 2:00 p.m. to see if they had my estimates, and I was told they were doing it at that time and would call me as soon as they were done, I asked what time they closed, and was told at 5:30 p.m. I called at 6:00 an again later and I emailed them, I have yet to get a response!!!
