I was totally pleased with our first interaction with Big Orange Storage team, so far, service and the professional Approach to our needs have been 100% met, it is a pleasure dealing with Orange Storage.
We were served by June. She was very good at her job and explained everything. She showed us around the facilities at different sized units to see what suited our needs best. June was very friendly and non pushy. Even explained that we can trade up or down if need be. June made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.
Staff were always polite and helpful. The complex's security was excellent and the facilities were comfortable and modern. Sometimes I was there for a few hours and I feel a bathroom facility would've made it easier to complete all the tasks I sometimes needed to do. Thanks for your help.
An excellent customer service! Very helpful admin, all information provided. Made all the process very easy. I do recommend, very happy with the storage unit, great size for my needs.
Staff are very helpful and courteous. I was with them for over 6 months and never had any problems
