Excellent team for the solar system installation. They arrived on time and left everything clean and well organized. The crew was also very friendly and professional in the way they communicated. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well guided from start to finish.
I’m extremely disappointed with Big Orange Solar. They took my deposit, the project never moved forward, and they refused to provide any documentation or evidence of work supposedly performed. Despite repeated requests, they also refused to return the deposit. The company stated that the project did not move forward because the home had been sold. This statement is incorrect. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend Big Orange Solar and strongly advise others to stay away.
I live in Boca Raton . My last solar company I used went out of business and I needed help with my batteries. Matthew at Big Orange Solar came out and fix all of my issues. I used them again to add additional panels to my roof. They are completely trustworthy and very efficient . If anyone looking for solar panels in Palm Beach, Broward county or Dade county I would highly recommend Big Orange Solar.
Big Orange Solar has restored my faith in contractors. I’m in Broward County, in the Plantation area, and needed help with a relatively simple solar project.
