They installed gutters, downspouts, and leaf covers and we bought a maintenance agreement that was supposed to include cleaning, maintenance, and fascia repair if needed (an extra $350). Since the installation they have ghosted us. The leaf covers worked for maybe a month before getting clogged. Requests for someone to come clean them have gone unanswered. They haven’t showed up for an appointment. No call, no text, no nothing… Left a VM for the customer service department and they’ve never called me back.
Someone's been spoofing my number to call local NVL businesses. BOG was one of many who personally called me back to find out what I needed. It was nothing, at the time, but they were professional and pleasant despite us both being victims of our modern day tech based time wasters. Lots of companies fail at the simple task of communicating with their customers, but these people get a gold star on that point. ...and it turns out I need some gutters!
Big Orange Gutters did a great job in replacing an old gutter that had partially fallen. I called on Monday and a crew was there to fix it on Thursday of same week! Very polite, even explained why the old one fell, and it now looks great again. Will definitely call them again if I ever need help.
We highly recommend Big Orange Gutters for gutter installation. Randy did an exceptional job with great attention to detail and fair pricing, even when handling small additional tasks.
