1st let me say I hate writting bad reviews. This could have gone differently if Rich was just upfront and honest. I had a tree split in an awkward position which required a specialist. Short version I was blown off with excuses & here I am a week later back to square 1. Rich was polite but business etiquette is lacking a GREAT deal. Price was great but the the great old saying you get what you pay for definitely applies here. For the work done I .feel I over paid.

Hired Tree Master Tree Removal Service to remove two trees and to haul away the tree limbs. The trees were cut down but were never hauled away. They piled the limbs almost 5 feet high onto the curb area and told me that another worker would come to take them away. Just be fair warned that the person that we dealt with wanted to be paid with cash and asked for $50.00 up front before he started the job. Had horrible service. Rich kept putting job off for a month. Added the stump in price then tried to back out of it and charge me. Then he took 2 months before I had to get someone else to do it. I tried to get my money back for another 1 month and half and he only gave me half back and won't answer his phone. He asked for a 30 dollar deposit from my neighbor and never came back to do the job. He had to keep using my phone to call people that he needed to do his job . Broke my fence a week ago, Rich said he would be out next day to fix. That didn't happen. Trying to contact via phone. Ex-wife, or somebody answers the phone and will TRY to get him the message to remind him of the fence issue. Do your homework on this guy, I think you're going to find better elsewhere.

Rich was great! We just moved into a new house, and we had to get a huge tree taken down. He gave us an estimate then a storm hit and knocked one of the branches into our house. He was out the next day, and had it down before we got home from work. He is super polite and affordable. I highly recommend him and his local business!
