I had a beautiful customized home which I sold soon after moving in Wonderful neighbors ;however the management team ( husband and wife) are beyond rude Nasty to my realtor, the buyers realtor and the buyer - especially the wife Apparently she’s rude to all the realtors and buyers who come into contact with her My own experience with her was less than pleasant and although it’s a beautiful park I decided life is too short to deal with nasty people
RecommendedGreat lifestyle for the Goal Generation (those having met their goal of retirement)! Lots of great people getting together to enjoy life and other activities! Super friendly! Plus it is such a beautiful park!
a new management would help. They do nothing to keep the park safe and allow too many under 55 non residents to live here. They do not respond to legitimate complaints of actual residents. If there is a change I will be the first to post a more positive review. Until then I would not recommend this park to anyone looking for peace and quiet and a safe place to live. The park is about 3 or 4 people away from being an absolutely perfect park but management seems reluctant to do anything about those 3 or 4 non residents.
Lovely grounds, very clean and the management are super nice!
My parents lived there. Its awesome for over 55,.
