As a new resident to El Dorado Hills, I went to Big O Tire on Post st. I purchased a set of tires, requested an alignment, paid $1264.55 and all seemed well. While in Monterey, I hear this knocking, or rumbling sound. Fearing a problem on my return trip, I took the car to the MIDAS shop on Del Monte Ave (exceptional service) and they discovered the rod lock bolt left loose. Great customer service. Had 4 of my brake pads replaced on my Honda HRV
I got a full set of new tires on my 2023 bmw. I had to wait on two because the wrong ones were ordered at first. THEN the tech installed the inside of my tire on the outside! Took forever and the front counter seemed indifferent.
Always very professional. They do great work and communicate all costs. Highly recommend.
