I got a full set of new tires on my 2023 bmw. I had to wait on two because the wrong ones were ordered at first. THEN the tech installed the inside of my tire on the outside! Took forever and the front counter seemed indifferent.
Always very professional. They do great work and communicate all costs. Highly recommend.
I rarely leave a comment, especially a negative comment but this time I feel I need to. A few months ago I took my car for tire rotation, there was a nail in the tire and they took a picture of it to show me but they did preform the service and we agreed to leave the nail as it was. As I came home I looked again for the nail and sure enough it was in the same tire/same location as they never rotated the tires, the sales receipt said otherwise. Steve mcdonald is awesome
Timely, friendly, professional service, done at reasonable rates. They have proven reliable and honest in diagnosing problems and recommending solutions they would implement on their own cars. I have been getting routine service done here for over 3 years on 3 vehicles since I had to leave another shop that cut dangerous corners. I can and do recommend this Big-O to friends.
