Absolutely exceptional customer service by Felipe and his team at this BigO location. Recently he and his team stayed late to find a slow leak and patch a tire when I came in at the end of the day. I have had multiple positive experiences with this team and highly recommend them for tires and automotive services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big O Tires on North Avenue came through for me today. On the way to dinner with my father-in-law, I picked up a stick in one of my tires and was worried it was going to ruin the evening. I pulled in around 5:00 PM—only about an hour before closing—and they still took the time to get me in and repair it. Have a brand new truck and had them put my new rims on. They broke the 2 front rims and won't put my old ones on unless I agree to a 600 dollar store credit for damages. Each rim is 800 dollars. I don't think 600 dollar in store credit will cover damages. The reason the rims broke was because the lug nuts were not tightened. Rims broke and messed up my calipers before it got out the door. Then the employee ask me to get it out of the shop. I said nope.
