I posted in a local Facebook group on Labor Day hoping to find a tire shop that was open so we could have our leaking tire looked at. Todd (from the Greenwood location) commented saying Big O was! It is not the closest tire shop to us (by far), but we agreed we need to have it done and we had the day off work. We dropped it off and when we went to pick it up a bit later, they explained to us some issues with the tires, caused by the struts. He provided an estimate to us which was $3,000. Well the first time I came to Big o tires I was calling everywhere trying to get a tire plugged and no one could get me in but they were like had an opening not that they're not busy, cuz they do get busy but we're able to get me in and did a great job plugging my tire in which some places would have acted like it couldn't be plugged and would have tried to sell me a new tire, but they didn't do that. Big o tires tried to ruin my car and that's all I will say about that they new nothing about a Jaguar XF and I'm sorry but I won't be back have a good day and just so you know not all BigOTires are the same
Had four tires put on this morning drove two blocks down the road when they were done low tire light came on I went back they looked at it then told me the light was on before they started that I needed a no sensor that was all a lie the light was not on all four sensors were replaced just 3 months ago so won't be going back there for service anymore
