yesterday i realized my car needed a new alignment so i went to a shop to get that fixed, and while i was they told me they couldnt anymore so they just re adjusted my car when i never asked them to, if they couldnt align my car then dont do anything.. so then i drove it back home and realized my car was alot more bumpier and when i take my hands off the steering wheel the whole car starts driving left and i took it again to the shop today and they said the tires were lose and so were the steering wheel so they fixed it but ... read more
Great price fast good work
Sent a company vehicle in today to swap 4 rims and tires. Almost 3 hours later its finally done. We have a tire machine and I could've done it, just not balance them but since big o has done 2 of my other vehicles I figured why not. But absolutely killed my employees 2nd half of the day by your guys joking in the garage, smoking and just playing around. Never again. Hopefully I caught it on the dash cam. This is absolutely absurd! Edit: How about zero valve stem caps once it arrived back? Come on! You guys had 1 job
Labor was fine, but customer service did not come and tell me it was done. They called but since I didn't know number I didn't answer. They could have just come around the corner and told us. They did it to others too. One man they did come and tell him it was done.
