I stopped by for air in one of my tires and Jade found a nail in my tire that another tech had missed a few days ago. She said she could do the patch right away and she fixed my tire quickly. I appreciated her great service and helpful manner. I will return to Big O tires because of her.
Had an appointment at 8 went in for new tires they told they had to order them and to come back at 1 got there at 1245 still no tires, I was told they were on there way,they got there at 2 it took them from 8 am to 200pm to arrive from Phoenix to Casa Grande, are you kidding was the snailmobile delivering?
