Excellent customer service from Eric🙌🤗 We had a tire blow out on our way to New Orleans from California on a Sunday when all stores are closed. Called BigOTires and Eric answered and reassured us that they had the tire we needed in store. We drove 100miles and made it. Eric greeted us and immediately got the car ready for service. Thank you for such great service, you saved our day and trip 🙌🤗
dropped off vehicle over 2.5hrs still not moved it's 535pm with their bay with vehicles on the lifts still getting service, had to call it, was told my ride is next and it'll be 45min and they close at 6, sorry not gonna wait another 45min for them to start. would rate 1 star but two gentlemen in the front were cool & polite, I appreciate the shuttle but I had to go else where for tires this time around.

There was no windshiel... read more

In late August 2026 I took my 2019 Ford Escape in because was overheating. They recommended a diagnostic and to replace the water pump, thermostat and engine belt. I paid close to $3000 dollars for these repairs. I was called to pick up vehicle it was repaired. I get there and collect my receipt. I notice my thermostat was installed and wasn't on my receipt. I ask the mechanic why my thermostat not on my receipt, he responded it was located in the area I repaired. But I purchased a thermostat, engine belt and a water pump. I... read more
