Our vehicle needed fairly extensive work. Brendan was very helpful in suggesting what needed to be done and what could wait. Additionally, he applied available discounts to assist with offsetting the total cost. Brendan also shared some secrets of reducing his medical condition that I too share. He made the process more familial than just business, although he was very professional. With assistance like this, my wife and I have no qualms in bringing our car back to Big-O tires and Brendan to oversee the project.
Great customer service at this Big O location, as always! I'm very happy with the tire rebalancing and alignment on my Ford F350. The techs were friendly and helpful and my appointment was fairly quick. Good job!
9/5/26 Alex at the Folsom location was amazing. Although he is a Toyota guy he knew everything about my wife's and daughters Nissan Altima and Sentra's. He serviced 90,000 mile CVT oil and also saved us close to $300 by identifying our AAA battery cell was low and was still under AAA warranty.
