I took my car to Big O in Sedalia and got amazing care. I got 4 new tires, alignment, oil change, thermostat, temp sensor and brakes. I am a woman who knows vehicles and when they are having issues. As soon as the parts were in, they got my vehicle in and got me taken care of. The mechanic explained in detail what was going on. I really wish things worked out in the end, but Big O’Tires threw me under the bus on almost every single step of their services. At first, they didn’t properly maintain my car when I came in for maintenance checks and oil changes. I noticed they were being lazy and missed the important things so I asked them to do specific things. I also had some anti-freeze leaking and engine light on as well and had them take a look as well, and they came back with no helpful info twice and I really didn’t even know if they checked.. all ... read more
My car has been in there since Saturday. Originally went for just an alignment but they saw another issue on my vehicle and refused to let me drive off with my car that day so had no choice but to leave it in there. Already something that wasn’t in my plans but anyways, was told by Monday they would have the part they needed and then told if not Monday early Tuesday.
