An awesome place to go with a honest mechanic......after going to so many mechanics over my years of driving....I always ran into my car not being fixed correctly the "1st" time or not getting the problem addressed and resolved or having a dishonest mechanic telling me I need more than what I really need done. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Was given an appointment on a Saturday for 4 new tires. I come in on said day and was told my tires were not there yet and to come back Monday. I live 30 minutes away. I come in Monday at 11am and was told the tires were still not there and that all they could do was give me a call when they came in. How hard is it to call your customers to give them a heads up that their items haven’t arrived before the appointment time?
Incredibly slow. I honestly didn’t know tire shops can be this slow till I came to this one. Came here so they can patch my tire and it’s been over an hour and they haven’t told me anything or even looked at it. This place is almost empty. How is that possible.
