I had a great experience with Kevin at check in for an oil change; however, I was told they were replacing my cabin filter as well as my engine filter. So, I waited & waited. I finally got up & my car was just sitting out in the parking lot. I asked what was going on being I’m waiting on my car. We always go for free air for our tires. When our tires were run down, we got an awesome deal on all 4 tires. They were also great quality tires so we have peace of mind. Thx Big O. Also, if you are ever on a call put on hold, the jingle is super funny and Catchy lol
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am absolutely mind-blown that places like this still exist. I took my vehicle in for brake pads and an oil change. I called prior and got a rough estimate of a quote over the phone, explained we were ONLY doing brake pads on the front because we were aware that the rotors were fine. I was given a quote of approximately $200-$220 with tax, out the door for both an oil change and the front brake pad exchange. I made the appointment.
