I went here to rotate my tires 3 different times. I only got 30,000 miles out of my tires and I was warrantied to 60,000. They did not record my tire rotation attempts except for 1. Came here for a oil change the price was cheaper than Firestone and the customer service was very professional. Very busy location but definitely they can help you if you set up a online appointment.
Mike is an absolutely exceptional representative of Big O and his personality, knowledge, and character shines in how he helps customers, not here to rip you off but genuinely make sure your vehicle is road worthy and ready to go!
