Update decided to give them another chance and officially done. We made an appointment for 7am and they are suppose to call us when it’s done but nothing it’s already hitting 2 so my boyfriend decided to walk back and see if it’s done, he gets there and said it was done. At checkout the man wasn’t helpful to tell him anything, he just paid and left. How unprofessional. I literally live walking distance but I’m drive the extra 20 mins to the other location. Service and terrible and communication.
I'll always bring my vehicle to this Big O Tire. They always make things right and take care of the customer. All the guys are awesome
I picket up a 2018 Tundra and wanted to have it looked over to make sure that there were not any issues. The shop did a great job and the price was right. I have been going to this location for about seven years and love the service.
Got a flat tire on our way home while on the highway and spoke with someone from this Big O that let us know they had a replacement for our tire and that "there's no one here right now" and it'll be real quick. We had it towed there and they proceeded to try to sell us four tires and when we mentioned we only want one and since we didn't even know we were gonna buy one new tire we couldn't afford three more today, they tried to have us apply for a loan to pay for the other tires.
