Awesome service
Simple thing I need a tire pressure check..Chase immediately saw what i wanted..came over instantly and was very personable...aired tires and then gave me a full review of what was doone..Chase is a keeper
Stopped by Big O for a tire rotation. I was worried they would try to sell me on a bunch of other services or new tires, as that has been my experience with other tire shops. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that this did not happen! They not only completed my tire rotation but they also completed a courtesy alignment, no charge! I will definitely be returning to this Big O location! Dave was super nice and helpful, the lobby and bathroom were very clean, and the service was fast! 10/10 would recommend!
Great place , refreshing, the guys upfront treated me well and were knowledgeable about my vehicle.
AMAZING customer service as well as quick and reliable service. The ice cold waiting room with refrigerated water is also a nice touch for these hot az summers. Overall excellent experience and I will be coming back.
