They were able to get my wheel alignment done just before closing, which I really appreciated. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and quality work — highly recommended!
This was my second time here in the past few months and I will never go anywhere else!!! They are so kind and give phenomenal service…above and beyond is an understatement! Their prices are super reasonable and the staff if attentive and knowledgeable. I hope I don’t have to need service soon, but if I do, I will be returning to Big O!!
Wanted to give a “Big O” shout out to Dave and his team at this location. The service they provided was amazing and couldn’t be any happier with how my vehicle drove after getting it serviced! If your looking for friendly and knowledgeable staff this is the place to go to for tires and service!

Everyone was super nice and personable. I was made aware up front that they were running behind. They were able to offer me a ride home and back. Both of my drivers were awesome. I wish the ride could have been a little longer so we could talk some more. I had a very good experience all around. And my car feels like she was taken care of. I would most definitely be a repeat customer. I've been a customer of big o tires since at least 2017. And this store # 004187 is by far my favorite thus far.
