Extremely happy with my experience at this shop. I regularly get my oil changes done here but had to schedule my most recent oil change at the Big O Tires on Crismon Rd. because they had an earlier appointment available. The Big O Tires on Crismon Rd. called with terrible news about costly repairs and were not very helpful but, they did manage to give some good advice and told me to call my regular Big O Tire shop on Idaho and I’m so glad I did.
