Went to get an oil change and they charged me $89!!! I have never paid that much for an oil change I understand my truck take synthetic oil last place I went only charged me $55, Big O just lost my buisness!!!
We were traveling through Indiana when we started having trouble with the 20.5 x 8 x 10 tire on our pop up camper. We called about 8 places looking for a replacement with no success. I called Big O Tires and spoke with Ryan who also was out of stock. However, he took several additional steps to find us 2 new tires!! They had them delivered and installed in an hour. Ryan went above and beyond to help us get back to our vacation. This shows what kind of business BOT is running. Bravo!
I recently had new tires put on my truck. I have to admit the price was good and the transaction was very smooth. After the job was done is when it went down hill. I have factory wheels with the factory finish. My when are black and were scratch free. When I picked up my truck the stripe I had around the lip was damaged as I assumed it was going to be. I wasn't worried about that. After getting it home I proceeded to remove the stripe and noticed the damage to my wheels. They took the paint off on one wheel and scratched eve... read more
