I had a flat tire that I could not get off after removing the lug nuts no matter how much I tried. Fortunately these gentle souls were only a half block, if that, away so I gingerly drove my flatted tire car there at around 815. They took care of it in minutes and had me back on the road in no time. The real kicker was they didnt charge anything to remove the old tire and put my full size spare on. I came in to have a nail hole fixed. I walked in the door and was greeted by two friendly people. They got me right in even though I did not buy my tires from them. I went to the place where I bought them first and they were short staffed and waited for over an hour to be told it would be another hour... Maybe! Thank you Big O on 4th for the awesome service. Purcell Tire could learn a lot from you about customer service.
I went to that Big O for an estimate on a headlight I had an LED bulb out and a regular high beam low beam one that burnt out as well. I had called them the day before asking about an estimate the guy was super nice but he told me I'd have to come in so they could get an ID number to find out how much the LED part would cost me. I arrived at 5:00 and waited 50 minutes… which was fine. The less fine part is that I sat there and after waiting, they said that at 5:59 they could not fix my car before it closed. At first that was fine with me and I understood that… but then when setting up a future time to come, they said that the problem my car had was minimal and would only take 15 minutes to fix. So it was frustrating that I was the ONLY one left to have their car be fixed… and they had 10 minutes while still open to fix my 15 minute car problem. Just... read more
