I spent a little over 3k dollars in tires on my truck and wife’s car 3 years ago and bought the warranty so if either one of them got a nail or was damaged beyond repair the tire would be replace free of charge. My wife went in for a screw in her tire today and the lady there said they couldn’t fix it because it was to close to the side wall. That’s fine you’d think they’d replace it free of charge because of the warranty right? Wrong the lady tried to sell my wife 4 new tires and told her that they were low on tread anyways... read more
I felt like I was in a Seinfeld sketch. I booked an appointment online for 12:45 for a tire repair. Showed up 10 minutes early and got in the line for the tire garage. Was told after waiting 15 minutes by a guy that came up to my car that I still had to go inside even with an appointment. I get out of the car. He says "no you have to get out of line and park."
