The staff is very friendly, fast, and honest. I was a 10+ year Les Schwab guy until I went to Big O. The staff was so friendly and helpful, along with getting my Jeep right in to put my new wheels on (that I bought elsewhere online). I'm very happy to be a Big O guy now.

They dropped my truck off the rack when I took it in for a alignment and it broke my two front shocks, Les Schwab did this on my other truck, so it must be a common practice unless this is the same guy. It'll also break your leaf springs or they'll be misaligned, it started popping right after I left every time I would go turn the steering wheel
service was amazing. everyone was very kind and caring. very attentive crew and i could tell they were willing to really work with me. had my tire pop on halloween and had to get all four replaced and since then ive had some tire problems and everytime i come back they fix me up no issue. highly recommend
