I was camping in the mountains and came down to Jackson to resupply. Somehow, one of my tires picked up a nail and gave me a nasty puncture. I made it by to Big O‘s in a desperate situation and even though they were busy and it was getting towards the end of the day, they made sure to fix my tire so that I could make it out of town and back to my campsite. Many thanks JD, you’re a good man!
Got a screw in my rear tire , made a quick phone call and had it repaired in 30 minutes just before closing! Excellent service today
Came in off the road with a flat tire. Your crew took care of the bad valve stem for us to get us on our way even though your guys were busy.
I had a flat tire on a Sunday and was stuck in Jackson over night. Nothing was open. I was able to get into Big O early Monday morning. I ended up having two screws in my tire and they were able to patch it. The bill was only $33. After spending $250 for an extra night in a hotel this was such a blessing. The staff was so professional and kind. I highly recommend Big O in Jackson!
As always, JD and his crew were accommodating, fast, professional and thorough. Will always recommend! Excellent service.
