Sales Manager Tony, I've been a loyal customer for + 10 years with 4 family cars receiveing tires and serive on a monthly basis. This moring I made an appointment in person at 8:15 for a oil, lube, tire rotaion and a transmission flush for 3:00 PM today (11/2/10). I dropped off the vehicle (Saturn '07) at 3:00 Pm. I arrived at 5:50 to pick up and was told the "guy" didn't get to it. Later was told that the mechanic wasn't in today.
