Shoutout Sean went above and beyond when he didn’t need to! Rilee was also awesome and super nice and good at her job! Great experience.
Brought my car to my reservation to get tires changed. Maybe its my fault for thinking a tire change takes less than 3 hours. Don’t plan on timeliness or getting your valve stem caps back. If you have an appointment afterwards, don’t even think about letting them know as they’ll take it personally and will underfill your tires and neglect to return your property.
I'm sure they're great I have never once been told. There could be a fee to give a diagnostic at any other Big O Tire. 🤔 You cannot blame a company for expecting payment for their time. All I'M Saying is. They're the only big O that has ever charged me for a diag. This is not a complaint. This is just a statement, and if you think you should have to pay for a diag, you're an un-american ................
