Horrible experience, left with a list of over $2000.00 worth of things they said needed to be taken care of per “inspection”. The ONLY thing that was accurate was I need a new battery! I brought my vehicle to 3 other TRUSTWORTHY AND REPUTABLE mechanics (including a car dealership) and they all said the same thing independently from one another that the only thing that needed be done from the “list” was battery replacement. However they failed to tell me on the inspection that I needed 2 rear tires and that the cords are showing! What a joke this is a TIRE place and they can’t even get that right. I was later told that they didn’t do the tire rotation because the front tires were better. When I spoke with the manager at the red wing big o tires he told me that “they are just trying to throw us under the bus”. This is place is absolute garbage and I wouldn’t even suggest them for the oil change! What a joke!

Called today, late in the day with a tire that needed a plug/patch. Was told to bring the tire in and they'd get to it before closing. Brought the tire in, it was plugged in short order and I was out the door. Called several other places around and they "Should be able to look at it Monday." Impressed with the great service at Big O Tires in Red Wing.....I will definitely be back! Thanks again!
