Horrible experience, left with a list of over $2000.00 worth of things they said needed to be taken care of per “inspection”. The ONLY thing that was accurate was I need a new battery! I brought my vehicle to 3 other TRUSTWORTHY AND REPUTABLE mechanics (including a car dealership) and they all said the same thing independently from one another that the only thing that needed be done from the “list” was battery replacement. Called today, late in the day with a tire that needed a plug/patch. Was told to bring the tire in and they'd get to it before closing. Brought the tire in, it was plugged in short order and I was out the door. Called several other places around and they "Should be able to look at it Monday." Impressed with the great service at Big O Tires in Red Wing.....I will definitely be back! Thanks again!
Good service. Tires Plus was a very friendly and knowledgeable experience. The service people help me with finding the right tires for my truck, at a reasonable price.
