A ton of my stuff was stolen from my unit and honestly i could care less about the hydronic jack, Xbox accessories and other valuables but why my sons baby book? Wtf, literally why we moved out of this worthless town, some crack head junky probably gets there jollies off to my sons baby photos. Sad.
RecommendedMy family was traveling back from Taos from a winter vacation. My son’s Tundra started having major front end shaking. We were not sure who we could trust in town. JP at O’Rilley’s referred us to Juan at Big O Tire. They found the problem in about an hour. They didn’t have the proper parts for repair and it was closing time on Saturday. Great customer service
I had a blow out on a tire on April 26, 2018. I made it to Las Vegas, NM on a donut spare. I bought a tire at Big O. I went across the street for lunch while the new tire was being put on. I got a call as I sat down that my car was almost ready. Amazing! Friendly people, fast service. I wish Lubbock, TX had a Big O.
I rented a storage from this place, I only got back half of my stuff! My fathers ashes, grandfather who passed wedding ring. Camera of the birth of my children, childhood pictures. Plus material things, were gone. You know what I got when I called...."oh sorry." I feel very violated, but mostly sad, these are things that can't EVER be replaced! Very friendly staff, and even came to my house to take off tires off another vehicle and place on my current car..wow I was impressed that they did that and I was tight on cash and wow again they helped me out thank you Eugene!
