RecommendedI am a long time repeat customer of Big O Tires in Rock Springs Wy, they have always done right by me, and I highly recommend these guys to give you a square deal, or do the job right the first time!
They got me in for an oil change last minute super quickly. and previously they installed 4 new tires for a good price.
I recently went to Big O Tires of Rock Springs to have a tire patched. Even though I arrived just before they closed, they still stayed late to make sure that they got my tire fixed! They were very friendly and helpful!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Garbage for work, garbage for service and an EXTREME lack of integrity. It took them 3 days to align my car and do front struts. 3 FREAKING DAYS. And I get my car back in WORSE shape then when I dropped it off. My battery was destroyed and all of a sudden my brakes are grinding. METAL ON METAL GRINDING. When less then a month ago the brakes had over 50%. Sorry guys but brakes don’t wear down THAT FAST. Thanks for messing car up worse when I’m 900 miles away from home.
Former employee and I would rather go-to tire den or Dan's tire then go here. And I would rather work at taco Bell than work for this company ever again
