Went to get some tires, it went by quick and they had a great deal, unfortunately stripped one of my lugs however they offered to replace it for me, overall really great customer service, will be coming back again!!
After bp'ing in Joshua Tree, found a nail in my tire, air leaking. Pulled into this place a few mins before closing, as they were wrapping up for the day. They happily fixed my tire; great guys and customer service. Now I have piece of mind as I prepare to sit in traffic on the evil, evil 10.
Just go to Wal-Mart. I got a set of tires from here. They did not align the hub cap slot with the valve stem and it was cutting into the valve stem. How can not see the slots for the valve stems. I also got an oil change, and they never reset my oil gauge. I just go to Wal-mart from now on. They are better, and seem to be a bit smarter.
So, I stop by the store cause I had a flat tire. This guy, I think his name is Robbie, asks If he can help me. I told him I had a flat tire, but no jack or lug wrench. Get this, he says no biggie, reaches down and grabs the bumper with his right hand, lifts the car up till the tire is off the ground, with his other hand he loosens the lug nuts and takes off the flat tire, puts the spare on, puts the lug nuts back on and sets the car back down on the ground, looks at me, says have a nice day, and walks away !!! Went to big o to buy 4 tires and 4 shocks for my silverado, was totally ignored. No may I help you, be with you in a sec, or go to hell, nothing. Bye.tim s , joshua tree
Had an appointment and they asked if I could come back later. Terrible customer service. Won't make that mistake again. Discount tires here I come
