By not being roud to there customers for making a complaint and getimg kicked out and having a door slammed on there face. I cam one day to the store to report an issue that I never seen befor there was oil all over my engine and I they told me to go by and they would clean it well I got to the location and they told me they were never gonna service my car no more just bc I made a ligitiment complaint the oil damaged my engine and my car battery and voided my Toyota warranty . RecommendedI am so impressed by this company. I was at Starbucks when I realized my tire was flat and I had just bought tires from another company not too long ago. I was pleasantly surprised when big O put my spare on for free so I could get across town.
I have been dealing with big o for years. I love there customer service always there to help what ever I need when I need it. Wanna give a big shout out to Tory and Dillon thanks for all the help.

Very disappointing. Went there to get some new tires for a hand cart, charged me $43 and said it would just take a few minutes to get them put on. Over 45 minutes later they came out and told me that one tire was leaking from the rim and they didn't know why or how to fix it. I know how to fix it! Put some sealant on the rim and then put the tire on, simple and easy. Will not be returning to Big O in the future. Was told to email in order to set up an appointment to fix their problem, NEVER got a response. Terrible place!!!!... read more
