This location saved my butt, bailed me out of a jam (of my own creation) with some wonderful customer service. One tire place was just as good as another to me, but this location's service standard have earned Big O a customer!

Came in for a simple oil change less than 2 days ago (Sunday). It'now Tuesday. Clearly they left an oil drain plug loose or oil filter loose. Now I have an entire day worth of work to get underneath my car to clean and redo my oil change myself. Update: I called the shop on Wednesday letting them know the issue. Joe and Mike, rest assured that they would certainly do right by the situation and so far they have.
