I recommend coming here! I came here to get one of my tires checked and check my alignment. The gentleman took this time to check everything and to make sure I had no hole or a nail that was causing my air to come out thankful I didn't have anything serious, I appreciate the honesty and the communication, and how everyone here is very professional and so generous. Big O Tires off Arapahoe and Potomac has been great—my family have all had their cars serviced or gotten new tires here, and I just got a new set of tires too. Dorrian and the team were super helpful and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend this location!
Came in for a simple oil change less than 2 days ago (Sunday). It'now Tuesday. Clearly they left an oil drain plug loose or oil filter loose. Now I have an entire day worth of work to get underneath my car to clean and redo my oil change myself. Update: I called the shop on Wednesday letting them know the issue. Joe and Mike, rest assured that they would certainly do right by the situation and so far they have.
