I've had to bring my cars here a couple times over the last two weeks. One needed new tires and the other a patch. Mike has done a great job letting me know all of the options and providing his professional opinions. I'm happy with the work they've done and the quality so far of the Big-O brand tire I put on the one car.
I rarely write reviews but had to after today I went to five other dealerships before a friend recommended Big O Tires, and every other place quoted me absurd prices and made me wait for hours. I decided to walk into Big O Tires and was immediately helped by Dorrian, who was extremely friendly and accommodating. Came in to patch a tire. Everyone was very friendly and the service was completed quickly. For a great price! (Won't say in case it was special for me lol) Don't make reviews often, but this place made me feel very appreciative
