Michael was very helpful and nice he took great care of my tires .
My husband has used them for years. When MY normal mechanic was unable to get a set of the discontinued tires I wanted but Big O had them, I had no qualms bringing my vehicle to them. My husband is on a first name basis with them, so why not? Well, the exact reason I don't trust most auto shops was perfectly encapsulated here. By far, this is the BEST Big O Tire in the State. The manager Joe is fantastic, he’s reliable, honest and detailed with what needs to be addressed when I need service. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
Thanks for being open on Sundays! I needed tire puncture repair. And other place who are open on Sundays don't perform that service.
