I am sorry guys but I have to rant. I previously bought a set of 4 tires from this location. It has been nothing but problems from the beginning. I called and ordered tires and set an appointment to have them put on. The day of the appointment came so I dropped off my vehicle. To later find out my vehicle would not be done that day, due to tires not coming in. Ok I get it things dont always come in on time. Over priced!!!! Very slow service. I could change a tire on the side of the road faster.
Please be careful where you buy your tires.I bought a new tire at Big O in Columbia MO in July of 2017.One year later I had to have the tire replaced because I ran over a nail and I took my vehicle to the Englewood shop.I got the tire replaced at this location and this store wouldn't honor the 3 year Tire protection plan I bought in Columbia MO.The reason the Englewood location wouldn't honor my tire replacement is because this location has a different franchise owner than the one in Columbia MO.I followed up with the store ... read more
