Watch these people. I went in there a few days ago after hearing a noise coming from my car. Thought possibly the brakes were worn a bit so I had them inspect. The tech Javier that looked at it advised I would need new front pads and rotors and the rears adjusted and cleaned. $900 job. I said no way. Thats something I can do myself. Great location and team and management. Anyone who put 1 star review, either didn't like the price tag on their quote or brought in their 10 year old car that hasn't been serviced on since 2021.

Linda and her team at Big O Tires are seriously amazing. From the second you walk in, you can tell they actually care about their customers. Linda is super friendly, honest, and makes everything easy to understand. The team works fast, does great quality work, and doesn’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need—which is rare these days. It’s just an all-around smooth, stress-free experience. Definitely one of the best places I’ve been to—highly recommend!
