I will never come back here. I spent 2 1/2 hours getting an oil change and tire rotation and when they finished, my air conditioner no longer blew cold air. Coincidence? I doubt it! They tech didn't even know how to turn the wrench light off. Now, I have to pay over 200.00 for them to fix it. They told me it was impossible for an oil change and tire rotation to affect the air conditioning, which is not true! I have no choice due to the high temps to get it done. Wow! Always been a Big O fan. However, when they all went corporate, it was frustrating. We moved to Henderson and located the nearest Big O ... We inquired as per their corporate status... And guess what... They didn't go corporate!!! Still a family owned business we were enthralled! When our vehicle broke down, first thing was to hit Big O.
