In case this is helpful for anyone in the area... Big O Tires off 69hwy and 151st has officially lost my business. I had issues when they were NTB getting tires rotated and balanced correctly. Then they switched to Big O and I gave them another shot... pulled out of there and less than 24hrs later had a flat tire and a battery terminal that needed to be replaced. I feel foolish for even giving them as many chances as I did. Lesson learned!
