Great service and really helpful people. I came in with a flat tire and they took care of me right away. They were fast, professional, and made the whole situation much easier. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend this place
I don't really write reviews much, but since this location changed ownership a couple years ago, the quality has gone straight in the toilet. Here are my recent negative experiences with them since they changed ownership a couple years ago: - Had a small piece of metal in my tire, so I went in to see if I could get it extracted and patched. They said sure, took it back, then concluded it was too big of a piece of metal and refused to work on it. February 2022, The people here really do care about customers. I went to get my spark plugs replaced and I'm so glad that I went to Big O Tires to get it done yesterday! My car is running smoother now. Thank you for everything you did for me! June 14, 2026 Update, I got new tires replaced by Big O Tires on Thursday. They had a discount on their tires and the price was very decent! Aris was really professional and patient with me and so is that other guy. Forget his name. Very nice people here.
