RecommendedI have been going to this location since before it was Big O Tires (NTB). It's conveniently located between my home and my work. I have never been disappointed by their customer service at this location. Today, I had to go have a tire replaced (because the Kansas City pothole crisis is real), and though the first 2 people I dealt with were new and miscommunicated a few things, the owner made sure I was taken care of and given the service and price that was originally quoted to me.
