I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment it is now 12:15 and they just now brought my truck in. all I am getting done is a tire rotation and an oil change.
Keeping their word and doing what they said. If unable to do so, then follow up. They could also compensate their customers for causing them an inconvenience. At that point my tires are at risk for theft and I will need to rearrange my time to resolve the issue when the replacement lug nut and lug nut lock key become available. It's Tuesday, and I haven't heard from Sean. I am not happy! Very poor customer service.
RecommendedI have been coming to Big O Tires for over a decade. In the past 2 years, it has become the best place to go for service. The employees greet you and share with you all the details necessary explaining thoroughly about what will be done to your vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Big O Tires as you will not be disappointed for any of your car service needs.
Sean at the Cypress, CA store immediately confirmed via a return call to my cell phone my online reservation for 8/02/2018 at 9:00am the evening prior to my visit. He repaired, rather than replaced, my front passenger-side Goodyear Eagle 205/70/16 tire which I had hoped for. We made it safely back to northern CA on Saturday, 8/04. I was well taken care of. Good customer service and they didnt try and make me spend more money by telling me I needed an alignment when I didnt! Top notch!
The Team went out of their way to make sure I had a tire that fit my vehicle. The went to another store so I could take advantage of my warranty. This was not only on a Sunday, but Super Bowl Sunday.
Just wanted to say a Big Thank You too all of the guys at Big O for todays work. Specially to Maroni and Brandon. You guys were awesome.
Brandon helped my son with tires. Fast, friendly service at a great price. Highly recommended.
