Saw their online promotion for synthetic blend oil change plus free tire rotation and went for it. Upon arrival they told me my car couldn't use synthetic blend. Fine. But their online appointment system could have told me so (it asks about car model and year). Also, my tires were made in 2020 so they don't do rotation because tires are too old. That's a bit funny.
