The guy at the desk said oh this is a 30 min job no worries I'll put in to the front of the line. the job was to mount new tire, balance and throw away my old tire. on just ONE tire that I walked in with. No car just a tire by itself. 2 hours and 20 minutes took to do. I understand they are busy and there's other customers but my issue was the guy that promised me and kept seeing him walking away to the bathroom to talk on his phone.
