Got a screw in my tire on the way to work. Stopped at the big o on 528 and Barbra. They got me in right away and got me on my way. Their customer service was outstanding. They just got a customer for life. Thanks Big O.
To some people a “big o” is very satisfying! Well, the Big O Tires on Rio Rancho Blvd. in Albuquerque truly satisfies anyone with car problems! General Manager Freddie and his Team truly care about taking care of their customers and their cars! Made a visit recently, and not for the first time, and what do ya know - excellent customer service and work provided on my vehicle, and the wait wasn't long at all considering the large number of vehicles they were working on ahead of mine. Been trusting them with tire work for a number of years now, including tire installation, balancing and addressing any other relevant issues.
