I just got got to post my very good experience at big o tires I'm Englewood Colorado today I'm from Kansas and I went in today and Ronnie was a very helpful person and I recommend him he was nice and sweet and I would come back if I come back to Colorado thanks again Ronnie at big o tires.

Took my car here for a tire repair, oil change and brake inspection. The crack staff here broke my coolant hose while attempting to change the oil, then spent an entire week trying to locate the correct replacement hose from BMW/MINI. Never addressed the actual requested work, oil was never changed, tire was never inspected, brakes weren't inspected. Oh dear god and Big O's hold music is the worst version of cowboy karaoke you've ever heard. Anything you can do to avoid having to call them, absolutely do it. I got my car bac... read more
Very bad service. I had an appointment at 9:00 am for an oil change and 2 hours later I went to ask if my car was ready and that they still hadn't done the service. 2 hours of my time wasted. Why do they schedule appointments if they're not going to keep them? I'm very upset.
