Ronnie Archuleta gave great customer service as always and their customer service is why I go to this Big o Tires. They get u in and out in a timely manner. Appreciate these guys
I bought a used car from Hertz Englewood which uses this Big O shop. Since the front tire was low, Hertz took it back to Big O to repair. I drove home & in the morning, the tire was low again. Obviously, all they did was add air, and they did not fix it. So I took it to another place to have the tire repaired. Then, I asked Hertz for the documentation of the last oil change -- Big O again, and the documentation said the mileage on this 1-year-old vehicle (still under warranty with Nissan) was 87,514!
