Went to this big o tire location for a flat tire repair, they did a great job with that. What really disappointed me was witnessing an employee leaning against my vehicle right in front of me like he owned it. After leaving found several scratches on my side panel and hood. Quite disrespectful given how hard I worked for that car.
I take my car here for everything I’m not capable of doing on my own, and I have to say beyond the great & speedy service, they’re all truly good guys that care about the service they provide, there’s no pressuring you to purchase anything. Although sometimes it might seem that way, that is actually just them looking out for you down the road. Absolutely blown away by the customer service here, especially Ronnie. I walked in about 45 minutes before closing after noticing a nail in my tire right before a camping trip I had taken multiple days off for. Needless to say, I was distraught and fully expecting some pushback for showing up so late. Ronnie could not have handled it better. Good people but bad time management. If you have an appointment you should not have to wait for an hour and a half for your car to get pulled in for new tires.
This location is great and Dre one of the better customer service rep I have ran into in along time the man deserves a raise
