On October 20, 2025, I went to Big O Tires in Orem on State Street and was subjected to a ridiculous bait-and-switch scam by Big O employees whose conduct demonstrated defensiveness/knowledge what they were doing is wrongful/unlawful. I called and spoke to Randy before arriving, explaining that my brake pads sounded like they were rubbing or scratching, and that I thought I may need new brake pads (on my 2018 Travato, a Dodge Ram 3500 Promaster with Winnie build out).
