They were very quick and the repair was done well. They advised me that another part may have been damaged by the rock that we hit that punctured our oil. They diagnosed our car accurately and warned us about the possibilities of further damage but it was clear that they were not pressuring us into anything. They even offered less expensive alternatives to assist us with our repair. They have worked both of our imports and our friends' Mercedes and we are all pleased.
