Visited this Big O Tire Automotive shop on July 13, to have a vehicle inspection, Met Allen who wrote up the work order. He informed me he wasn’t the manager. but he was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Allen immediately got me in a stall to have the mechanic to perform the inspection. The shop was well organized, clean and offer many types of services, tires, air conditioner, oil/transmission services and many more. I would highly recommend this shop.
BIGO saved us on a Sunday. We left the RV park and realized our trailer tire wasn't holding air. I got online and made an appt. Gizmo was waiting outside to help us. He got us right in and took care of us. Thank God we didn't need a tire only a stem. I will for sure use Big O if I am ever back in Temecula. Thanks again Gizmo!
Went and again as always excellent service and Christine is always so helpful and so sweet. I always like working with her when I bring my car in cause she is so friendly and knows how to help me when I come in.

I had an unexpected emergency on my tire coming from Camp Pendleton. It was ten minutes before the shop close and they were so gracious to take me in. Within ten minutes my tire was repaired. The staff was amazing. Thank you so much for your kindness and wonderful service!
