Been here for over 2 hours for an oil change. Went out to check on my car and no one in sight. Asked the manager the status and he indicated that the oil filter they put on was defective so have to wait another 20 minutes. No one gave me update until I went out to check. People who got here after me are done and gone. Never again at this place!

😀This is my second time at this Big O. Their high level of customer and quality service is what keeps me returning when I need tires or service. I take business cards to hand out to anyone who asks where to go for tires or services. The employees demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity.
Kudos to Albert at Big O Tires in Bermuda Dunes! I came to Big O because I noticed a screw in my tire when I stopped for gas during a road trip across the desert. He checked my tire and confirmed that the screw was bent between the treads and did not puncture the tire. He also checked the other 3 tires to make sure there wasn't a problem. We were on our way within 30 minutes.
