Call that morning talk to Mark told me he had a good deal for me to come on in. I got two nice new back tires at a good price. I wasn’t in there very long at all. Everybody was very professional and even call the next day to see how I like my tires and was having any problems I would go back again for sure.

The service was a little slow but given that they were busy I understood that. And the customer service representative was kind and attentive!! So 5 years later and a little hiccup with old finance company. And Im back, Ryan and crew were very professional got my new tires, alignment and new sensors in all 4 tires done in a reasonable amount of time, and my vehicle now glides down the highway !! Thank you Big O tires Im happy I gave it another chance. 😊
Went in to get my new tires mounted and balanced. Every wheel was mounted off from the manufacturer balance marks. This matters cause they used balance beads instead of stick on weights. But I guess it doesn’t matter since they didn’t remove the old stick on weights. Couldn’t drive over 40mph without the steering wheel shaking violently. Asked for a return of payment since there was no way they could balance them (tire balancer wouldn’t work on these tires) manager said best he could do was return 25% of payment.
