Big O tires tried to charge me over$1000 when I bought car to get heater hoses changed. Took it to AAMCO and total costs was $150. Big O at 3414 S Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas are ripoff artists. Tried to tell me I needed a new water pump even after I told them the water pump was new. They were friendly while trying to overcharge me for service I KNEW I did not need. I apologize I forgot the name of my sales guy. He was very friendly and service was quick. I did ask him an estimated time on how long it would take so I was given about an hour's time and he was true to his word that I give him a thumbs up for being honest . Some places will tell u a time yet your waiting more than expected. Thank you again and yes I will definitely be going to your location again.
They pulled the 2 nails out of my tire and patched it up no charge!
