I have been going to Big O tire on Fairview in Boise for over 20 years. I had a good rapport with the previous manager and when the new manager took over it seemed that nothing much had changed. Over the years I have probably bought 5 sets of tires there. Recently it was time for a tire rotation and I had noticed some rear brake noise and asked them to check them when they changed the tires. Amazing service. Seriously the highlight of what could have been a horribly stressful day! I got a flat tire and went there since it was close. I was already late picking up my kindergartner, and had to be into work in about an hour.One of the workers (HE KNOWS WHO HE IS) went out of his way to fix my flat, even when their garage was full, in the snow... for FREE. In UNDER thirty minutes. Bottom line, we will go back and refer our friends. Thank you!
Excellant Customer Service, Quality Work! I love these guys! They are so nice AND they really care! They are not only my "go to" guys for tires but for general automotive repair also... Tim & Trey go the extra mile every time that I take my car to them... What impresses me is how diligent their techs always are, whether I was driving my ugly old clunker-junker or my New (to me) 2001 Camry! They treat their customers with respect and friendliness!!!
