Huge shoutout to Benny at Big O Tires! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. Highly recommend asking for Benny if you stop by.

Really good experience at the Morgan Hill Big O Tires. Benny was cool, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car. The service was fast and the staff was super nice. Glad I came here.

I’ll be honest, my visit to Big O Tires in Morgan Hill didn’t start off great. There was some confusion with timing and I was a little frustrated at first. But once Benny, the manager, stepped in, everything completely turned around. He listened, owned the issue, and made sure it was handled the right way. By the end, I left feeling taken care of and respected. Stuff happens, but how it’s handled matters — and Benny handled it well. I’d definitely give them another chance.
