I waited one hour and 40 minutes to get 1 tire replaced. There was 0 communication with me. One whole hour after I got there, they told me they might not even have my tire. Completely ridiculous. In the end I had to pay $140. I wish I could tell you it was full but they had no cars in when I got there. Incompetent workers and incompetent system. PHENOMENAL service at Big O Tires at 15745 Monterey Rd, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. I had a flat tire due to a nail/screw and called in whether Big O Tires could take care of it. I was taken in right away, and they were also able to do the tire rotation and oil change per my request. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your OUTSTANDING customer service and fast help. You ALWAYS delivered THROUGHOUT the years!

This store really needs help the management doesn't manage his staff it took an hour to patch a tire and there was only two cars in the bay . I've done a lot of business with big o and this store is really sad ..
