What a circus! Big O Tires turned a simple battery swap into a nightmare All I wanted was a new battery. That’s it. Somehow, Big O Tires managed to charge me twice — once without the coupon, then again with it (the one I actually signed before). Brought my car to this place for one of my tires losing air, they promised to repair it in one hour and I had to wait for 3 hours to get repaired and paid $40. Then after a couple of days the tire was still losing air. My time is valuable and I didn't want to take my car back to this place and with all bad reviews I shouldn't go there in the first place. I had to take it to a different tire shop to gets repaired.

Had a huge bolt in my Tesla tire. They fixed it in 2 hours and $60. Respect.

I picked up my eight-year-old son and all of a sudden I was driving back south from San Jose to the Bay Area and I got a nail in my tire. I showed up there and they told me it would be a few hours but they ended up squeezing me in immediately so that I could get back and see my 80-year-old grandpa and they did it completely for free! They saved the day totally so i left a $20 tip! I was so grateful for their help! I would definitely recommend them ! They are the best! :)
