Silly name, great service! – I needed tires for my car. That said, we are not talking a Ferarri, we are talking Toyota. Specifically a Toyota that will never drive faster than 75 miles per hour, will not cross the Baja and does not need directional tread. I just wanted a replacement tire, stock, black, rubber, round.. you get the idea. I called around for the tire to several different places and kept getting what felt like fast talk. As a long time customer of Big O for myself and family -2 cars & 2 trucks. The customer service is fantastic and they work to give me great tires at a reasonable cost. My new car has the tire sensor built in. When my tire was punctured by road debris it crushed the sensor. In trying to replace the sensor they found it had been discontinued and I would have to replace all if the system was to function. They called all over Calif. to find me a replacement sensor of the old style. They saved me a significant amount of money.
