Normally Big O has been pretty good to me but this location is scammy. Went in for a slow leak in one of the tires, sat around for 45 minutes only to be told they wouldn't be able to repair it because the tread was too low. They never even pulled it into a bay. They then went on to quote me $700 for some off brand Chinese tires. The previous tires were bought brand new less than 2 years ago so there was no way the tread was too low, I measured it myself. Big O tyres not only gave me the cheapest quote, but they were homest enough to say I didn't require an alignment when they could have so easily charged me for one and I would never have known, gr8 service Victoria at the front desk was awesome.
Friendly service with complete checking of all equipment
Bobby was amazing and game me wonderful service! I will definitely be back for any tire problems or anything else that comes up!
