Big O’s below response is as shady as the rebuilt alternator the sold me as new because facts are straightforward. We brought in a vehicle with a charging problem. They sold us an expensive battery and then a remanufactured alternator. Nearly $2,000 later, the car was in the exact same condition. Neither the battery nor the alternator was the cause of the problem. The dealership later fixed the issue quickly under a manufacturer recall.
