First off, the young lady at the front was very friendly. However, I made an appointment for 8:30 am for an oil change and to check my tire for a slow leak-which it had. I made the appointment because I had to wait. I figured it would take an hour or an hour and a half, no big deal. It took them 2 hours and 14 minutes. Is this normal? Had I known that, I would’ve gone to a fast place.
I wish I didn't have the review. The people are great, Victoria is communicative and really nice. The problem is that I spent $900 to fix a problem that wasn't fixed. I have an a/c problem in my car, and unfortunately it was fixed one theory at a time, at a cost, none of which stuck. Then a last fix was then suggested at another $900. Sorry, I couldn't do it.
Awesome polite staff, and fantastic showroom. Went in with a suspected brake issue and they checked everything out, inspected my car top to bottom and got me back on the road worry free! Thank you the great service!
Outstanding customer service everytime. They repaired some minor damage caused by a competitor (from a recent roadtrip emergency) for no charge. Customer for life...
