We had Been customers for 5 years bought tires for jimmy, ford f350 dully, 51 ford coupe, 5th wheel motor home plus 2 2007 Buick and a 98 Honda we have always had the cars that we drive to and from work oil changes and service there as well. I have had nothing but great service and help from the the people at Big O Tires and today they stood behind their product above and beyond what I've experienced at other tire places. I had purchased new tires with a protection plan from Big O Tires in March. Today (in December) I didn't realize one was flat so I drove on it and caused damage, thus voiding the manufacturer's protection plan (so frustrating!). Big O Tires stepped up and covered the cost of the tire. They lost money because they won't get reimbursed by the man... read more
Is every one there a licenced driver? I think not, maybe they should do a physical check for proper documentations. It's only fair and safe to the general public of the city of Topeka.
I had went in to have my oil changed and looked at and my front tire to be looked at they did neither. My car is leaking oil now and and the tire is still going flat. My opion they did a awful job if they even did it. I am a very unhappy customer and i will never take my car there again. EVER!!!!! Spoke with the manager and they said to bring it back okay why would I bring it back again when you didnt fix the issue in the first place I will take it somewhere where the people know what they are doing and do their job right.
