Out running errands this morning and my low tire light came on. I stopped in at Big O Tires and asked if they could check them for me. A very nice gentleman named Craig was happy to check all four tires and got the psi where it's supposed to be for my vehicle. Great customer service... No charge and I have never bought anything there before. Thank you Big O Tires!!!!

Never do business here!!! They literally tried to tell me they cant do an alignment cuz my ball joints are bad...but I take it over to good year and they said they were completely fine.....guess they wanted to rob me $415 to do a repair that doesn't need to be done.....bunch of scums

Excellent service and friendly staff. I have a boat at Perry Lake and needed tires and lights for my trailer. Big O got me in same day and gave me a great price. Firestone and Goodyear did not offer trailer tires same day. Thanks guys for the excellent treatment.
Excellent service! We were driving from Colorado to Indiana for Xmas and discovered a flat after a night in a roadside hotel. The Big O was only 2 miles away - in spite of the fact they were very busy (Saturday before Xmas) they managed to get our tire fixed in a very timely manner so that we could get back on the road. If I lived in Topeka this is where I would take my car to be worked on!
