Stay away from these guys. They replaced my highway tires with all terrane tires. This made my car shake terribly. I went to Discount and the guy knew instantly. Now I have to buy 2 more really expensive all terrane tires and the spare to match. Do not go here!
My family has been a long-time customer of Big O Tires in Murfreesboro and the unprofessional manner in which a situation has been handled regarding my step-son is unfathomable to me. My step-son had an oil change on March 9, 2020, a mere 10 days later his oil plug fell out. Thankfully, he pulled over as soon as it happened and the only loss was his turbo.
