Stay away from these guys. They replaced my highway tires with all terrane tires. This made my car shake terribly. I went to Discount and the guy knew instantly. Now I have to buy 2 more really expensive all terrane tires and the spare to match. Do not go here!
My family has been a long-time customer of Big O Tires in Murfreesboro and the unprofessional manner in which a situation has been handled regarding my step-son is unfathomable to me. My step-son had an oil change on March 9, 2020, a mere 10 days later his oil plug fell out. Thankfully, he pulled over as soon as it happened and the only loss was his turbo. RecommendedI’m never going anywhere else. These folks took care of me and my special needs little boy like we were family. I left with a patched tire and the knowledge of how to use a tire gage. The mechanic even took the time to play with my son and all the men there treated me with dignity and respect. My family will be using them and only them from now on. Ya just don’t find folks like this anymore and we are just so greatful
Worst shop I have EVER been too! Just don’t go they will just disappoint you and waste your time because you will end up going somewhere else afterwards anyways. Rating is -10. If corporate has any balls they should get a hold of me.

Never, EVER use this place. We have had nothing but issues here every since making the mistake of purchasing tires here two years ago. Had a blow out on the interstate back in April and received a new tire which was covered under warranty. Woke up this morning to another flat on the same tire! They wanted to charge me for a brand new tire and said the numbers didn’t match (which they did). I got my tire patched and they damaged my wheel. This car is brand new and they want to blame me for the damage. This happened from an air impact gun when someone was in a rush. I know how a tire machine and air impact gun work. I am not a stupid female. There is no way I could have damaged the wheel and nothing came up from the road to hit it. So unprofessional. Never using them again!!!!! Check your car before leaving and video before you take it in!!!!
2006 GMC Sierra 2500hd,,,have dedicated to fixing everything mechanically wrong with my truck this year,,charging system, O2 sensors, all belts, belt tensioners,AC/Heater , tires mounted.
