Inept and liars. I asked them to use a torque wrench when they put the lug nuts back on. Counter person even went out and reminded them. Still no. They just used the impact driver. Damaged the lugs, and warped one of my back drums. It took me at 170 lbs, jumping on a 3 foot tire iron to get the lug nuts off when I rotated to tires the next day. I did so to figure out why my brakes were now pulsing (warped brake drum) and if it would effect the alignment, which was slightly off (not due to Big O). On top of this the tires wer... read more

This is the worst place ive ever been too. The mechanics are ignorant undereducated people that dont even know how to put an air intake on. I came to this store to have them look at my car to find out where it was leaking from. Before i came here my car was working and could get me from kearns Ut, to Wyoming and back without a problem. I took my 1997 acura integra to this store and paid over 1100$ for a new clutch, flywheel, axel bushings, serpentine belts, and oil change. I had been shopping around for a good price on my tires then came across this BIG O IN KEARNS. I needed a really good deal on my tires and they beat the price by quite a bit. I was impresses when someone came up to my window and began helping me from there. Was an inexpenssive quick and easy process and very knowledgeable staff! I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND IT!!!
